Our team is in a time of growth.
20 WHM South Sudan teammates:
10 are in Africa
10 are in the US making arrangements to come.
Just starting out raising support:
Jennifer Disse-teacher
Joining us for 1 year to teach MKs and work in the local schools, possibly doing teacher training
John Sender
Has a heart for youth and a mind for engineering. He hopes to be involved in water projects, project management, vocational training and youth discipleship
Wallace Family-Heather& Shawn, John, Anna, Andrew, RJ
Long term teammates dreaming about working with the church by coming alongside pastors and Bishop Ngalamu Theological College students, and serving the community through community health
There are a few that are SO CLOSE:
Melissa Gardner
Currently at MTI (Missionary Training International) and hoping to fly to Africa by the end of Oct 2011. She still has a little more support to raise. She is a teacher and plans to teach Gaby and Liana, as well as train local teachers.
Heidi Lutjens
Looking forward to using her nursing skills and teach community health education, arriving in Feb 2012. All of her support is in. Currently she's working on her MA in Religion & Cultures at Covenant Seminary.

2012 is going to be the year of expansion for all our teams! Very exciting, even though it feels like you've all been waiting so long. When I saw this title I thought it was going to be about your heart split down the middle, between Kenya and Sudan. I'm sure that's true too. Miss you. Jennifer
Hurrah!
I'm having breakfast with Jennifer D. this week:-) - SO excited to hear how God is providing so abundantly for your team. These pics make me happy AND hopeful. Love you guys, Heather
