Lighting (Nov 19, 2008)

 

Another big night around here.  We have lights our house now!  The house builders had done some wiring and plastered them into the walls and left no instructions.  Michael was able to figure out what they did (and shouldn’t have done) and now we have lights in all rooms but the kitchen.  When we get to Kampala he can get more stuff to make that connection work.  The kids are happily playing playmobil together after dinner in a lit room.  Two slight drawbacks to lights at night- it is a bit buggier and there are people near our porch peering in the living room.  I don’t have curtains in there yet and whenever we try to allow for maximum airflow whenever possible.
