Last Sunday, Ian accompanied the Bishop to Kirika for the confirmation of new believers. He was asked to preach as a part of the 3 hour long service. He had prepared a 15 minute message on God’s covenant with Abraham. Laverick translated for him first into Moru and then into Juba Arabic. This made his message drag out. So he ended up paring down his message to 5 minutes. Ian enjoyes theology and teaching, I am grateful that he has had this experience of preaching here. There may be more to come.
